Today is a much need day of rest and restoration. After 12 days of non-stop go, the "nothingness" is more than welcome. We're still staying at the beautiful, comfortable, and calming Coconut Grove Hotel Beach Resort. I spent the day relaxing on the shores of the Atlantic. The waters are particularly violent today...they lap angrily against the stone partition at very high tide. It's hard to believe that sand covered that area for the duration of our stay, except that today, the whole beach has been overtaken by the waves. It's quite magnificent.
